To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Patient Arrival Policy
Cats MUST be in a carrier and dogs MUST be on a leash to enter the building. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please understand this is a serious safety issue.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit, Discover, cash and personal checks.
We work by appointment. Once you are established with us, we do our best to see your pet during normal business hours. You can call for an appointment, or you can use our Pet Desk app to request an appointment that fits your schedule.
You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the appointment or there may be a fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule!
We kindly request 24 hour notice on prescription refills. Requests can be called in, emailed, texted, or on the PetDesk App.
